Welcome to Dunvegan (pronounced Dun-Veh-Gan) – a beautiful small village nestled between the Duirinish and Waternish peninsulas at the head of Loch Dunvegan on the northwest coast of the Isle of Skye.  The village is famous for two reasons – firstly, the award-winning Dunvegan Castle one of the islands most popular tourist attractions where you can enjoy a guided tour and learn more of its rich history & the legends of the Clan McLeod, secondly it’s the birth place of the Celtic fusion band the Peatbog Faeries!
