Welcome to Ardrossan – a lovely historic harbour town full of character & charm situated on the Firth of Clyde within the beautiful region of North Ayrshire. Defined by its two bays, North Bay to the north of the town and South Bay to the southeast that is shared with its neighbour Saltcoats. The town has gone through a period of transformation over the last 20 years and is home to the ferry terminal taking passengers across the water to the stunning Isle of Arran.
Ardrossan is linked with its neighbours Saltcoats & Stevenston which is known locally as the ‘Three Towns’ and between them they offer a great range of facilities, attractions & activities for locals & visitors alike – wander through Main Street where you can spend local in a number of small independent shops, spend the day at the beach where you can enjoy beautiful views across to the Isle of Arran or for the more adventurous try some kite surfing or paddle boarding, visit Ardrossan Castle that sits on a hill overlooking the bay or take to the hills behind West Kilbride where spectacular views await you – whatever you do if you’re passing through, stop and stay for a while and enjoy ‘What’s on’ offer in Ardrossan.
