Welcome to Dingwall – a lovely small commuter town full of character & charm situated at the head of the Cromarty Firth around 10 miles northwest of the beautiful historic city of Inverness.  The name Dingwall means ‘parliament of the valley’ in Old Norse and is known as the former Viking capital of Scotland.
